Bespoke Order Policies
Consultation
Initial fittings and design drafts require a non-refundable booking fee that secures your place in our atelier calendar.
Fabric Sourcing
Once silk, lace, or embellishments are cut per your measurements, the material costs are finalized and cannot be credited.
Fittings
Clients must attend at least three fittings to ensure the structural integrity of the bespoke gown fits the approved vision.
Final Payment
Balance must be cleared 14 days prior to the final collection or delivery of your garment from our Sandwell boutique.

Return Policies
